formation des enseignants face \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans une \u00e9cole inclusive au Liban<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Former les enseignants au XXI\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, demande de mieux comprendre leur activit\u00e9 et les dispositifs dans lesquels ils \u0153uvrent (Serres &amp; Moussay, 2014). La recherche que nous menons porte sur les enseignants exer\u00e7ant leur m\u00e9tier dans des \u00e9coles publiques au Liban. Ils accueillent dans leur classe un \u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 besoin \u00e9ducatif particulier (BEP) suivi par le \u00ab\u202fCentre d\u2019Education Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e et des services de Rem\u00e9diation\u202f\u00bb du CRDP \u00e0 Jounieh.&nbsp;&nbsp;Nous avons \u00e9tudi\u00e9 l\u2019activit\u00e9 (Clot, 2006) des enseignants par une m\u00e9thodologie d\u2019auto-confrontation en nous appuyant sur des vid\u00e9os prises en situations r\u00e9elles de travail, suivies d\u2019entretiens dits d\u2019auto-confrontation (Clot, Faita, Fernandez &amp; Scheller, 2001) simples, d\u2019allo-confrontations et d\u2019auto-confrontations crois\u00e9es, dans l\u2019objectif de permettre aux personnes film\u00e9es d\u2019expliquer leur action.
